Shipping & refunds

For physical collectibles bought through the Merch Shop, and for in-game items bought through the Game Store.

These are preorders and ship in 15–20 days. Every figurine is packed and posted by hand, so delivery takes longer than a normal online order. You pay at the time of ordering and we email you when yours is on its way.

Before your order ships

You can cancel at any time before your order is shipped, for any reason, and receive a full refund — the item and any shipping you paid. There is no cancellation fee and no time limit, as long as it has not gone out yet.

To cancel, contact us with your order number and we will confirm the refund. Refunds return to the PayPal account you paid from.

After your order ships

You have 30 days from delivery to return the item for a refund. Return it in its original condition, and we will refund the price of the item once it reaches us.

Shipping costs are not refunded on a change-of-mind return, and return postage is yours to arrange.

If something arrives damaged or faulty

We refund it in full, including all shipping, and we cover the cost of sending it back. Photograph the damage before returning it if you can — it speeds things up and helps us improve the packing.

How long a refund takes

We process refunds through PayPal once the cancellation or return is confirmed. How quickly the money appears then depends on PayPal and your bank, and is outside our control — typically a few working days.

Limited editions

Collectibles are produced in limited, individually numbered runs. Cancelling or returning one releases your number back to the shop, so we cannot guarantee the same serial if you order again later.

Game Store purchases (in-game items)

Bundles bought in the Game Store are digital items — in-game currency, packs and passes — delivered straight into the game account you choose at checkout, usually within a minute of paying. Nothing ships. Once delivered, a purchase is used and cannot be returned, so please check the game and the account name shown on the pay button before you pay.

If a purchase has not reached your game within an hour, tell us and we will either complete the delivery or refund you in full. If a payment is refunded or reversed after delivery, the items are removed from the game account again; where they have already been spent, the account's balance can go below zero until it is made up.

Game Store purchases are currently available to buyers in the United States only and are priced in US dollars. Prices include no sales tax. Items bought here are the same items sold inside the game and are not transferable between accounts or games.
